TWO SESSIONS - 10am to 12.30pm or 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Learn how to bake delicious wild-yeast sourdough from scratch. From proofing and scoring to baking, you'll create your own artisan loaf to bake at home.

We’ll cover everything from maintaining a sourdough starter to mastering shaping techniques that you can recreate in your own kitchen. No additives, enhancers, or hidden extras—just organic flour, water, salt, and a simple starter!  Limited Space. Book online.

  • Family membership - $34 valid for 12 months

  • Individual membership - $18.50 valid for 12 months

  • Easy Online Court Bookings. - book online or easy access code provided to tennis members.

  • Tennis Queensland Affiliate Member

  • The Glastonbury Recreation Grounds (incl Tennis Court) is available for hire on an exclusive use basis for community weddings, birthdays & celebrations.

  • This membership fee is to ensure ongoing maintenance of the tennis court, toilet amities and grounds as well as replacement of community sports equipment, such as nets, balls, racquets etc.

*includes GHRA membership. Maximum 5 x immediate family members. Online Bookings 24/7. Two consecutive hour limit may apply at peak times. Annual membership open to GHRA members $2 per year. Become (or renew) a GHRA Member today

NOTE FOR NON-MEMBERS: a casual COURT ONLINE BOOKING FEE applies at $10 per hour.

A collection of memories of the smiles, laughter and fun of those who organised and attended our 2023 'Very Merry & Bright Glastonbury Christmas BBQ" on Sunday 25th November 2023. Thank you to our wonderful community that brought so much food to share and our Master Chefs Jason & Ian that christineded our fabulous new BBQ from BBQ's Galore Gympie!
