Through layering, blending, burnishing, and underpainting, Jan will teach you how to achieve stunning, realistic results with coloured pencils. Jan will share inspiring examples from master artists, offering insight into their unique methods, tools, and materials.

Jan is an experienced instructor who will guide you step-by-step, covering essential topics like sketching techniques, line work, adding texture, and creating stunning washes. You’ll experiment with different ink pens, learn how to control the flow of watercolours, and discover how to achieve beautiful contrasts between the boldness of ink and the softness of watercolour.

Thanks to your fabulous community support, we have weddings, celebrations, birthdays, baby showers, awards nights, Pilates & wellness class, art workshops, music groups, workshops (and more) holding their events at Glastonbury Hall this year.
This much needed modernisation IS DESIGNED TO FUTURE PROOF OURCOMMNITY HALL to be transformed into a fully functional disaster hub and/or place of refuge during emergency situations for years to come.
This modernisation was made possible by the generosity of community grants from Gambling Community Benefit Fund, FRRR Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal, Suncorp Foundation, NAB Foundation & Gympie Regional Council Community Facilities Grant for preparedness as a future disaster hub as well as a venue that everyone could be proud of, to whom our entire community are extremely grateful for.
